About Me
My passion for food and endless journey honing my craft has brought me all over the world. A major aspect that has always driven me and remained the foundation of my cooking is fusing a balance of incredible flavors with a rustic, health-driven, farm-to-table approach. Food is one of the most intimate and memorable experiences we can share with the ones we love. The experience of the meal should never be compromised just because we want to eat healthy, nourish our bodies, and live a healthy lifestyle.
I established a calculated health and food sensitivity-based meal plan for the Los Angeles Clippers that fruitfully resulted in being designated the team’s personal chef for many years. I created performance-driven recovery menus for after practices, as well as pre-game and post-game meals which are shown in many of the food photos I have here. My work with the Clippers was the greatest blessing of my entire career and gave me the opportunity to branch off and cook privately for Blake Griffin. It’s truly been an unbelievable journey and my thirst to continue learning and applying my skills will never be quenched. I now take each day with a 1% better approach, freelancing in the golden state of California.
